A. Does truth always matter to you

5
Yes, the truth always matters to me, since I believe it to be the foundation upon
which our identities are built. It can help us decide who to trust. Getting into the
habit of lying and covering up the truth is not desirable since it may quickly
4
become second nature. Telling the truth is preferable, especially in personal
3
relationships and front of loved ones.

B. Do we have to speak and seek for what is true all the time?
1
There's no need, in my opinion, to constantly argue and investigate the truth. The
truth does matter, but how much so can vary by context and audience. When
expressing the truth could do harm or make things worse, it's best to hold back. If
you have doubts about the sincerity of those who are inquiring about something,
you may wish to keep that something hidden from them. Truth-telling and truth-
seeking are situational.

C. How do you judge the truth? What are the ways that you tried to do in search for
truth?

After hearing all sides of a story, I make an unbiased decision about its veracity. My
quest for the truth requires a thorough understanding of the context, the players,
the issue, and the chain of causation. The next step is for me to assess the data I
collect in light of that knowledge. Here is where I'll need to apply my analytical
skills. Even though the people involved are close, you should not be biased toward
them.
