Administrator in Accounts Receivable
• Accurately reviewing more than fifty (50) insurance claim forms submitted by the cashiers and pharmacists are filled according to the guidelines
provided by the insurance company. Paying attention to details and accurately checking the claim form has reduced the number of unpayable rejections
by 40% to 10%.
• Assisted the cashier to bill more than ten (10) patients accurately. Paying attention to detail and focus resulted in closing the day with no shortage.
Apart from supporting the cashier, I have also supported the receptionist by providing professional customer service and answering all inquiries timely.
• Cross-checking the monthly invoices submitted from three (3) hospitals in a timely and accurate manner. By successfully checking the invoices,
highlighting any issues, and communicating with the hospital so that they can share the required credit note so that their payment can be proceeded
by the finance department in a timely way.

• Verified the genuineness of five (5) police clearance and medical reports of five (5) visa applicants for two (2) by writing a letter and following up on
