Terms & Conditions 1. The price is included 11% VAT and all other applicable government taxes.
2. The prices quoted here are franco Jakarta, delivery charges outside Jakarta will be borned by the buyers.
3. Transportation and accommodation charges during implementation will be invoiced to customers for part of works done outside Jabotabek area.
4. If the goods/services is ready and after 14 days there are no instruction to delivery, the buyer still have to pay the final payment and penalty will be charged amounting 0.1% per day
for any late payment.
5. Purchase Order from Buyer have to refer the Quotation Number and valid after acknowledged by JEDI.
6. Purchase Order from Buyer is Non Cancellable and any payment is Non Refundable.
