AGENDA:
 Brigada Eskwela Contribution
-Parents agreed to contribute P100.00 as financial assistance to the school’s
beautification, deadline for the contribution will be on November 25, 2022.

 Christmas Party
-Parents agreed to order food from Jollibee worth P109.00 (1pc chicken, 1 pc rice and 1
drink) for the students’ Christmas Party on December 16, 2022.
-Parents also agreed on Manita-Manito Exchanging gift worth P100.00.
-Parents also agreed to bring Christmas decorations and 1 pack of goodies as prizes for
the Christmas party games.

 Class Schedules & School Requirements


-Starting on November 15, 2022, classes will be 7:30-11:30 and 1:00 -4:00.
-School requirements: 9 Notebook, paper, pencil, color, folder, plastic envelope, clear
book
-Parents are reminded to let their children bring their lunch in school.

 School Policies & Programs


-The parents were reminded of the school policies: Following the school’s health
protocols, wearing of proper dress code, observing courtesy in communicating teachers
and other parents.
-They were also encouraged to help in maintaining the school’scleanliness.
-And also, encouraged to support the School’s Programs: Brigada Eskwela, Gulayan sa
Paaralan, Brigada Pag-basa and others

-Project Fee of P50.00 per learner for the purchasing of 1 wall fan as homeroom project

 Face-to-Face Application of the School
- They were presented and been discussed of the following matters:
-Parent’s Consent & Waver Form
-Parent & Learners Profile
-Health Declaration Form
-Contact Tracing
-Face-to-face Simulation (to be held a week before the classes starts)
-Class Program (Half-day classes only)
-School Policies for F2F classes:
-Wearing of school uniform
-Wearing of foot/shoe mat
-Bringing of own water & snack
-Parents are not allowed inside the school premises.
-Learners with comorbidities will be reverted to pure modular classes.
-School Safety Protocols for F2F classes:
-Health Forms & Contract tracing shall be strictly required.
-Following Entrance to Exit flow inside the school/classroom
-Bringing Health Kit everyday (extra mask, alcohol, towels, soap)
-Learners with cough & fever will be excused from class.
-Large gatherings/program is prohibited.
-If the teacher or a learner shows any symptoms of COVID during class
hours, isolation steps/protocols will be executed and followed.
-If the teacher or a learner will be tested positive for COVID,
Classes will be stopped.
 Distribution & Collection of Modules
-Parents were reminded of the schedule of distribution & retrieval of modules
-Module distribution and retrieval will be every Monday- Tuesdays.
-Parents were reminded to follow the schedule texted/chatted by the adviser to avoid
delays and cramming in the learners’ part.

 School Policies & Programs


-The parents were reminded of the school policies: Following the school’s health
protocols, wearing of proper dress code, observing courtesy in communicating teachers
and other parents.
-They were also encouraged to help in maintaining the school’s cleanliness.
-And also, encouraged to support the School’s Programs: Brigada Eskwela, Gulayan sa

-Class contribution for Brigada Eswela (P50.00) due on 1st week of March.

Undertaking for compliance.
