1 Is the vessel equipped with any of the following?
A sewage treatment plant which shall be of a type approved by the Administration under the
(a) terms of Resolution MEPC.2(VI) as amended (For existing ships i.e. ships built before 27th
September 2003, national specifications are acceptable)

(b) A sewage comminuting and disinfecting system approved by the Administration

A holding tank of the capacity to the satisfaction of the Administration for the retention of all
(c) sewage, having regard to number of persons onboard.
Capacity of the tank in cubic meters

For the vessels fitted with holding tank, is the discharge rate of untreated sewage approved by
