Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer; Business - Retail


Reporting to – Store Manager
Purpose of the Job
This is a unique opportunity to work in the areas of customer experience as well as Sales. The role exists:

Deliverables (key responsibilities)
Customer Service

Responsible for resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; sele
and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution

Generate sales leads


· Responsible for driving sales for various Airtel Plans, Plan upgrades & Products including my Airtel APP, WYNK, Airtel TV, etc.
new & existing Airtel customers.
· Deliver on all agreed KPIs with adherence to pre-defined Scope of Plan to run store operations smoothly.
Compliance
· Ensure compliance with policies and procedures & expected code of conduct.
· Ensure completion of store operational requirements
