 Quality control of Mechanical works(Machining & Fabrication &Welding )Activities.

 Co-ordination with client’s regarding NDC.
 Daily inspection of shop fabrication of pressure vessels , steel structure ,storage tanks.
 Final Inspection of pressure vessels prior to hydrotest and punch listing o works.
 Review and approval and witnessed PT , MT of piping for plant.
 Visual inspection.
 Dye penetrant testing.
 Painting inspection.
 Witness hydro test of pressure vessels & pressure piping.
 Witness Pneumatic test.
 Control project documentation.
 Qualification and certification of welders according to ASME IX , AWS D1.1, etc .
 Verification against documentation , mill test certificate and markings of correctness of
parent material retest.
 Preparation of quality inspection plan , Procedure, Checklist, Non-conformity Reports.
