FORGIVING AVAT’S FROM QURAN

َّ‫وا مِن َّر ْح َم ِة ٱهَّلل ِ ۚ ِإن‬

۟ ‫وا َع َل ٰ ٓى َأنفُسِ ِه ْم اَل َت ْق َن ُط‬
۟ ُ‫ِى ٱ َّلذِينَ َأ ْس َرف‬
َ ‫● ۞ قُلْ َي ٰـ ِع َباد‬
٥٣ ‫ٱلرحِي ُم‬ َّ ‫وب َجمِي ًعا ۚ ِإ َّن ُهۥ ه َُو ٱ ْل َغفُو ُر‬ َ ‫ٱهَّلل َ َي ْغفِ ُر ٱل ُّذ ُن‬

Say, ˹O Prophet, that Allah says,˺ “O My servants who have exceeded the
limits against their souls! Do not lose hope in Allah’s mercy, for Allah certainly
forgives all sins.1 He is indeed the All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

َ ُ ‫ص ٰـل ًِۭحا َفُأ ۟و َل ٰـِٓئ َك ُي َبدِّ ل ُ ٱهَّلل‬

‫س ِّيـَٔا ِت ِه ْم‬ َ ‫اب َو َءا َمنَ َو َع ِمل َ َع َماًۭل‬ َ ‫● ِإاَّل َمن َت‬
٧٠ ‫ورا َّرحِي ًۭما‬ ً ۭ ُ‫ت ۗ َو َكانَ ٱهَّلل ُ َغف‬
ٍ ۢ ‫س َن ٰـ‬
َ ‫َح‬

As for those who repent, believe, and do good deeds, they are the ones whose
evil deeds Allah will change into good deeds. For Allah is All-Forgiving, Most
Merciful.

ۖ ‫اع َة َلـَٔا ِت َي ۭ ٌة‬ َ ‫ت َوٱَأْل ْر‬

َّ َّ‫ض َو َما َب ْي َن ُه َمٓا ِإاَّل ِبٱ ْل َح ِّق ۗ َوِإن‬
َ ‫ٱلس‬ ِ ‫ٱلس َم ٰـ ٰ َو‬
َّ ‫● َو َما َخ َل ْق َنا‬
٨٥ َ ‫ٱلص ْف َح ٱ ْل َجمِيل‬ َّ ‫ٱص َف ِح‬ ْ ‫َف‬

We have not created the heavens and the earth and everything in between
except for a purpose. And the Hour is certain to come, so forgive graciously.
 َّ ‫ضل ِِل ٱهَّلل ُ َف َما َل ُهۥ مِن َول ۢ ٍِّى ِّم ۢن َب ْع ِدهِۦ ۗ َو َت َرى‬
‫ٱلظ ٰـلِمِينَ َل َّما َرَأ ُو ۟ا‬ ْ ‫● َو َمن ُي‬
ۢ
٤٤ ‫يل‬ َ ‫اب َيقُولُونَ َهلْ ِإ َل ٰى َم َردٍّ ِّمن‬
ٍۢ ‫س ِب‬ َ ‫ٱ ْل َع َذ‬

And whoever Allah leaves to stray will have no guide after Him. You will see
the wrongdoers, when they face the torment, pleading, “Is there any way back
˹to the world˺?”

َّ ٰ ‫نت َخ ْي ُر‬
َ‫ٱلر ِحمِين‬ َ ‫ٱر َح ْم َوَأ‬ ْ ‫● َوقُل َّر ِّب‬
ْ ‫ٱغف ِْر َو‬

And, [O Muhammad], say, “My Lord, forgive and have mercy, and You are
the best of the merciful.”

‫وا َح َّت ٰى َت ْخ ُر َج ِإ َل ْي ِه ْم َل َكانَ َخ ْي ۭ ًرا َّل ُه ْم ۚ َوٱهَّلل ُ َغفُو ۭ ٌر َّرحِي ۭ ٌم‬

۟ ‫ص َب ُر‬
َ ‫● َو َل ْو َأ َّن ُه ْم‬

Had they been patient until you could come out to them, it would have certainly
been better for them. And Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

ً ۭ ‫ٓاء َع َل ْي ُكم ِّمدْ َر‬

‫ارا‬ َّ ‫وا َر َّب ُك ْم ُث َّم ُتو ُب ٓو ۟ا ِإ َل ْي ِه ُي ْرسِ ِل‬
َ ‫ٱلس َم‬ ۟ ‫ٱس َت ْغفِ ُر‬
ْ ‫● َو َي ٰـ َق ْو ِم‬
٥٢ َ‫َو َي ِزدْ ُك ْم قُ َّو ًة ِإ َل ٰى قُ َّو ِت ُك ْم َواَل َت َت َو َّل ْو ۟ا ُم ْج ِرمِين‬
And O my people! Seek your Lord’s forgiveness and turn to Him in repentance.
He will shower you with rain in abundance, and add strength to your strength.
So do not turn away, persisting in wickedness.”
 ً ‫س ٓو ۢ ٍء َفِإنَّ ٱهَّلل َ َكانَ َعفُ ًّۭوا َقد‬
١٤٩ ‫ِيرا‬ ۟ ُ‫ُوا َخ ْي ًرا َأ ْو ُت ْخفُوهُ َأ ْو َت ْعف‬
ُ ‫وا َعن‬ ۟ ‫ِإن ُت ْبد‬

Whether you reveal or conceal a good or pardon an evil—surely Allah is

Ever-Pardoning, Most Capable.
