Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to respectfully request a reconsideration of the dismissal of my case, identified by
the reference number [ 8030988707 ] by the United States Small Business Administration (SBA)
Office of Hearings and Appeals. I believe that my case warrants further review based on the
following reasons:
1.Unaware of the time schedule: In your dismissal notice dated [10/02/2023], it was indicated
that my case was dismissed due to I was unaware of the time schedule and it was very hard for
me to find this solution of appeal. I would like to provide additional information and evidence to
address these concerns.
2.Brief Overview of Business or Situation: I am the owner of [SENECA CAPITAL, INC], so
as owner I have to handle many things the denial letter I got to late and then I contact a CPA to
handle my case. The CPA take time to see my case and study it. The main issue was I submit the
just a letter to lender for loan forgiveness, as I was unaware of the documents which needed so
the denial latter, I receive late which is the main reason I apply for late appeal so kindly
reconsider it.
3.Supporting Evidence: I have attached [List the documents or evidence you are including with
this letter] as evidence to support my request for reconsideration. These documents clearly
demonstrate. The documents are my payroll, 941, 940, profit loss statement, bank statements.
4.The Impact: The dismissal of my case has had a significant adverse impact on my business
and financial well-being. So due to getting the denial later late and unawareness of the
documents as business owner I am requesting to reconsider.
5.Request for Reconsideration: I respectfully request that the SBA Office of Hearings and
Appeals reconsider my case in light of the additional evidence and information I have provided. I
believe that a fair and thorough review will reveal that my case should not have been dismissed.
6.Remarks: I appreciate your attention to this matter and your consideration of my request for
