I would like to hereby formally recommend Mr. Elmark Lester Balase for the position of Store
Manager. I believe he is now ready to take on responsibility of Store Manager, being able to
lead fellow workers and guide them to be the best that they can be, having experienced the
required duties first hand.

Mr. Balase would be a welcome asset to our already dedicated team in Basic House. He has a
natural leadership qualities as well as the ability to build good rapport with staff members in a
relaxed manner.

It would be good to give him the opportunity to demonstrate his capabilities to bring together
individual talents to better appreciate one another and to work together as a team as what we
have been doing here in our store. These areas of synergy I believe helped us improved our
sales, customer relations and keep the store environment stand out from the competition.
