AIMS is honored to join in covenant partnership with you to empower the global church to take
the Gospel where it has never been proclaimed.

I. AIMS Regional Coordinator Qualifications and Expectations:

1. Already functioning in a leadership role in a local church or approved mission agency.
2. Certified as a Trainer in the AIMS Introduction To Strategic Missions training course, all 9 modules.
3. Currently active in evangelism, discipleship, and initiating church planting movements (CPMs) among
the Unreached.
4. Engaged in AIMS training, missions mobilization, and field worker development.
5. Participate in ongoing training with AIMS.
6. Self-supported and financially responsible.
7. Affirmed and accountable to church leadership in your designated region.
8. Adheres to biblical leadership as outlined in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
9. Has reliable and frequent internet access and ability to communicate with the AIMS Team in English.

II. AIMS Partnership Benefits:

1. Access to ongoing training and materials through your personalized username and password on the
AIMS website and through the AIMS Team.
2. Personal listing as an AIMS Coordinator in the AIMS database.
3. Personal and ongoing interaction with the AIMS Team to provide ongoing development and
networking resources.
4. Help in mobilizing your Faith Promise Giving training to generate finances for the work of missions
among your adopted UPGs and increase missions sending capability.
5. Connection to a worldwide network of UPG-focused ministries and holistic ministries aiding your
Great Commission efforts.
6. Possible financial partnership through AIMS toward your specific UPG focus or related Field Workers.

III. Financial Guidelines and Expectations: (Please check after reading each point.)

✔ As an AIMS Coordinator, soliciting funding from partners in the AIMS database is strictly prohibited.
Do not contact AIMS partners for money.
¨
✔ AIMS does not assume responsibility, nor does it commit to providing financial support.
¨
✔ Under specified circumstances, financial partnership with AIMS is possible for your specific UPG
focus.
¨
✔ UPG Adoption funding is one-year “seed money” to be used for the work of evangelism and church
planting among the specified UPG. Commitment of funds is not guaranteed beyond the one-year
period.
¨
✔ Coordinators of AIMS are expected to apply AIMS principles such as Faith Promise Giving,
Networking through Partnership, and Goers and Senders.
¨
✔ Any funding that goes to a Coordinator or Field Worker is contingent upon the coordinator and field
worker submitting quarterly progress reports through the AIMS website.

IV. AIMS Coordinator Accountability Standards: (Please check after reading each point.)

✔ Establish regular AIMS training activities within your designated region.
¨
✔ Organize, manage, and provide inspirational leadership to the Field Workers and Trainers within your
designated region.
¨
✔ Make frequent use of the training resources through your login at www.aims.org.
¨
✔ Interact with the AIMS Team for translation and distribution of AIMS training resources.
¨
✔ Oversee UPG adoptions within your designated region.
¨
✔ Facilitate the submission of quarterly reports from Field Workers and Trainers through the AIMS
website.
¨
✔ Complete required quarterly reports through your personal login account at www.aims.org.

By signing this document, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and will abide by all of the
qualifications, benefits, financial guidelines, and accountability measures listed herein.
