Consent to Electronic Delivery of Documents and eSign Disclosures

These terms and conditions apply to the electronic delivery of documents to you relating to your BMO account(s). By
proceeding, you agree that you have read and agree to the Consent below. We recommend that you save a copy of this Consent
for your records.

1. Definitions

Here are the definitions of some of the words used in this Consent.

accounts means the accounts associated with the products or services provided to you by BMO.

agreements means the agreement between you and BMO that governs your account, as may be amended from time to time.

BMO and we mean Bank of Montreal, Bank of Montreal Mortgage Corporation, BMO Trust Company, BMO Investments Inc.,
BMO InvestorLine Inc., BMO Asset Management Inc., BMO Asset Management Corp., BMO Funds, Inc., BMO Harris Bank, N.A. and
Taplin, Canida and Habacht, LLC.

Consent means this Consent to Electronic Delivery of Documents.

documents means the documents listed in Section 2.

email means an electronic mail address that you provide to us to receive electronic messages including documents that we may
send to you.

you and your mean each person who consents to BMO providing electronic delivery of documents.

2. Consent and When It Takes Effect

You consent to BMO providing the following documents to you by making them available through a link sent to you by email:

i. Account opening documentation, including applications;


ii. Account maintenance documentation;
iii. Your agreements.

Your consent takes effect immediately.

3. Oral Consent

If you orally consented to BMO providing you documents electronically, this confirms your consent.

4. Electronic Delivery of Documents and Length of Time Available

We will provide documents electronically. We use a third-party vendor, OneSpan, to send you an email with a link to access the
documents through a secure portal. The email will be sent to you from signers@e-signlive.ca.

You may access these documents for seven (7) days.

If you want to keep a copy of any of these documents for your records, you should print and/or save a copy before those
periods end.

5. Your Obligations to Receive, View, and Sign Documents by email

You consent to signing the documents electronically. You agree that we may send you a short message service (SMS) code to
your mobile device at the mobile number you provide to us or we may require you to correctly answer a verification question to
authenticate you before you can view and sign the documents.

You are responsible to update the contact information we have on file, such as the email address you have designated to
receive electronic documents, your mobile number that we may send an SMS code, and your mailing address to mail any paper
documents.

You are responsible for printing or downloading a copy of any document for your records.

6. Providing Documents by Paper

We may provide you documents by paper delivery if we are unable to provide electronic delivery or if we otherwise consider
it appropriate. Any paper delivery will be provided to you at the most current mailing address that we have on file for your
accounts.

7. Changing These Terms and Conditions

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time by providing you with notice of the change through electronic or
paper delivery.

8. Other Agreements

These terms and conditions apply in addition to your other agreement(s).

9. Applicable in the Province of Québec only

You agree that this Consent and any related documents be written in English. Vous acceptez que le présent Consentement et
