RE: COMMERCIAL AFFIDAVIT OF TRUTH (Notice of Default, Last Opportunity to Cure Dishonor),

Dear SDI of Wellington (or its agents, affiliates, etc.),

I have been contacted by Kevin Michael Talbert, man, from without the United States for the purpose of
authenticating and administering the oath, jurat, and declaratory statements attesting to the validity of statements
made within the “Breech of Contract Notice” and ” Default Notice of Non-Response and Notice of Intent to File
Claim" as sworn to before me and witnessed under my Notary Seal. I have been asked to additionally include
mention:

1) THAT I am contracted by my employer to act only as a non-partial third-party observer in this

proceeding or any other;

2) THAT my testimony cannot be rejected by any court in the United States, as I am considered an officer
of the court;

3) THAT your response to the later was to be received no later than ten (10) days from receipt, or;

4) THAT a certificate of dishonor verifying your non-response or default thereafter, pursuant to my

statutory authority, shall issue upon your acquiescence.

the practice of law but rather the fulfillment of Plaintiff's efforts to safeguard your due process before Summary
