With nearly a decade of experience in Civil Engineering, I have honed my skills in planning and
implementing technical solutions for the design, planning, and construction of residential high-rise
towers and extended podiums. Currently, I am serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Talib & Shamsi
Constructions PVT LTD in Mumbai, where I am responsible for creating and executing projects while
maximizing operational results.

My core competencies include project management, site engineering, planning and construction,
layout and design, surveys and estimation, quantity and estimation, quality control, high-rise
residential construction, and client relationship management. I have a comprehensive knowledge of
AUTO CADD (2D & 3D), SketchUp 3D Modelling, MS Project, and I have been actively working on 3DS
Max. Additionally, I am well-versed in Conventional, MIVAN, and PERI Formwork Systems.

In addition to my professional achievements, I have received several Safety Awards for my

commitment to safety procedures, resulting in an ongoing record of zero OSHA recordable
accidents. I am also a certified auditor by the British Standards Institution India for OHSAS and ISO,
as well as a certified auditor for "Scaffolding & Working at Height." Furthermore, I have served as an
Executive Member of the Civil Engineering Students Association (CESA) and as a member of the
Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) committee for T&S.

I hold a B.Tech. In Civil Engineering from Mumbai University and completed my 12th and 10th grades
at St. Mary's High School in Mumbai. My proficiency in IT skills includes MS Excel, MS Word, MS
Project, AUTO CADD (2D & 3D), Sketch Up 3D Modelling, and 3Ds Max Basics.
