Dear Parents of Middle and High School,

We are pleased to inform you that the After School Activities (ASA)/Clubs for Semester 2 in
Academic Year 2023 – 2024 will be held every school days.

In this 2nd semester, the activities will begin on 22 January 2024 with details below:

*Note: Training hours can still be adjusted taking into account the existing conditions.

Within 1 semester, each ASA consists of 8 sessions, but specifically for the Basketball and Soccer,
there will be total practices of 16 sessions throughout this first semester. These wide ranges of
activities are offered merely to support and reflect the School Vision, Mission and Philosophy,
where all of the activities will be graded and recorded in the Report Card.

Please note that the ASA Fee attached is valid ONLY for the 2nd semester of Academic Year 2023 -
2024. All ASA payments are to be made through the BNI Virtual Account which will be charged
together with the School Tuition Invoice for March 2024.

We would therefore be grateful if you could spend a moment of your time to review and discuss the
activities offered with your son/daughter to determine which activities would be most enjoyable
and/or beneficial for your child(ren). Below are the matters that need to be considered before you
proceed with the registration:

1) The ASA registration is COMPULSARY only for grade 7, 8, 10, and 11. It is OPTIONAL for Grade
9 and 12. The membership applies ONLY for the 2nd semester Year 2023 – 2024 participation.

2) Please keep in mind that after your child has been registered, he/she CANNOT withdraw, and
should join in the activity chosen.
3) Due to certain reasons, such as minimum number of participants, limited space, the availability
of coaches, etc., although the Registration Form has been returned to us, this does not mean
that your child is automatically registered in the activities/club desired. Nevertheless, the
school will try to place students accordingly to their 1st or 2nd preference. List of the
participation announcement will be sent out afterwards.

4) Students who submit their applications after the deadline date will be treated on a space-
available basis ONLY, meaning that students will be accepted as long as there is available
space.
