DVA Health Card – White Card HSV61 HEALTH CARDS (GREEN COLOUR) may be issued by DVA but cardholders have
DVA Health Card – Orange Card HSV69 no DVA treatment entitlement. These cards have the same status as those
issued by Centrelink.
