The Model Millionaire

(by. Oscar Wilde)

Young Hughie Erskine had excellent looks. He was well-liked by both genders since he
never badmouthed anybody. On the other hand, he neither had money nor brains. His job
status was always in change.
Hughie's love was Laura Merton. She was the daughter of a retired colonel. Laura also
loved him. But Hughie had to be able to support ten thousand pounds before her father
agreed to let Hughie ask for Laura's hand. Being a charming fellow serves no purpose unless
one is wealthy. Instead of being a career for the unemployed, romance is a luxury enjoyed
by the wealthy. The poor should be realistic and straightforward. It is favorable to be stable
in your income than being only a handsome guy. These are the fundamental truths of
contemporary existence that Hughie Erskine was unaware of. Poor Hughie!
The Colonel used to tell Hughie, "Come to me, my boy. When you have ten thousand
pounds of your own, we will talk about marriage."
One morning, Hughie paid his friend, Alan Trevor a visit. Trevor was a well-known
painter, a rather rare artist in the city. Freckles covered his face, and his red, ragged beard

shopping tips for our health. When you shop, you should pay attention to the products
you will buy. Here are shopping tips for healthy food. Number one, make a shopping list
before you shop and plan what meals you're going to eat. Remember, your meals should
be the healthy ones. Number two, keep the pantry stocked with ingredients that are quick
to prepare and easy to cook. Baking and grilling are the best ways to prepare food.
Number three, stock up on seasonal vegetables, fruits, wholegrains, nuts, and seeds. They
are good sources of protein, healthy fats, fibres, vitamins, and minerals. Number four,
choose the lower fat versions of a food if possible. For example, you can choose milk,
cheese, yoghurt, salad dressings, and gravies, but the low- fat versions. Look at the labels!
Number five, choose lean meat cuts and skinless chicken breasts. Lean meats are a good
source of protein and have fewer calories than non-lean meats. Chicken breast is also an
