Subject: catering service on May 15th
Dear Ms. Reed
I am writing to complain about the catering service we had at a family celebration
on May 15th.
To begin with, we asked appetizers for 150 people and you sent food for only
100. It was so little that many of our guests could not have any. Second, the
staffs in charge of the service were quite slow and impolite. Finally, we asked for
punctuality but everything arrived two hours later than expected.
In conclusion, we are very unhappy with the service we received and we would
like a discount as well as an explanation.
I look forward to your reply.
Sincerely
Mr.& Ms. Hopkins
