 Visitors will be greeted by the central element of the facility — a top-tier boxing ring that acts as the
core of the space and acts as the main pillar of the brand. The boxing ring can be viewed from the
cafe and reception area. This carefully curated space sets the tone for a transformative fitness
journey.

ENTRANCE -RECEPTION AREA

Upon arrival customers enter through the main door, this
space will serve as the reception, waiting area and cafe
This meticulously designed space seamlessly combines
sophistication with functionality to provide a
comprehensive experience for discerning clientele.
Adjacent to the boxing ring, the Cardio Training Equipment
Zone showcases a meticulously curated selection of state-
of-the-art equipment. Designed for high-performance
training, this area reflects our commitment to providing our
clientele with the tools they need to achieve their fitness
goals. This will showcase a mix of 6 pieces of cardio
machines.

In addition to the highlighted features, the BoxIQ facility will

boast a dedicated training area equipped with five
suspended boxing bags, suspended from the ceiling for
versatile workouts. Complementing this, a designated warm-
up and training space will cater to the diverse needs of our
patrons, ensuring a comprehensive fitness experience.

Adjacent to the ring, to the left, lies the Recovery Lab by

BoxIQ. Housing two ice baths and two saunas, along with
four showers and three restrooms, the Recovery Lab
ensures a seamless blend of comfort and convenience.
Complemented by two private treatment rooms, it caters
to the holistic well-being of their customers.

The cardio area, adjacent to the vibrant boxing ring, pulses with energy. Treadmills and weight machines are strategically lit, casting

The gym's lighting design, a symphony of hues inspired by the color palette of black, steel, red, blue, and touches of green, casts an ethereal

vibe, creating a bold and cohesive look for both spaces.

The use of the same door design ensures a seamless transition from the exterior to the recovery space, adding a touch of uniformity and elegance to the overall design concept.
The matte black pivot doors become not just entrances but statements, setting the tone for the contemporary aesthetic.

This door is a single piece of glass that is automatic sliding. The glass is frosted. The door slides into the wall.

As you enter The Recovery Lab you will be greeted by a colossal dark grey stone-washed reception desk. Its minimalist design seamlessly blends with black metal panels behind it,
creating a modern tapestry of color and texture. The main hallway boasts a black ceiling with ambient pendant lighting, guiding your path to dark matte steel doors and stone-
washed light grey concrete floors. Nature's touch is evident in a prominent olive tree, symbolizing tranquility. In simplicity, cleanliness, and modern allure, the entrance encapsulates
the essence.

Modern storage should be available behind the reception desk. This should be built in.

Neon blue lights add a futuristic and modern feel to the gym. The cool blue tones provide a contrasting element to the warm red lights, creating a visually appealing balance. Blue is often associated with
focus and concentration, making it suitable for the serious training sessions that take place in a boxing gym.
LIGHTING AND TEXTURING

CEILING LIGHTS:
Cone lighting in black and gold enhances the overall aesthetic. - Tungsten

ALTERNATE LIGHTING:
Versatile lighting on different days creates various atmospheres—high-energy red lights for intense sessions, calming blue lights for focus, and black lights with neon paint for special occasions.
DMX Controller is used for dynamic lighting control.
 Concrete:
Distressed concrete walls or cladding can be used to create feature
walls or entire rooms with an industrial chic vibe. The texture of these
walls can vary, from smooth to raw, depending on the desired
aesthetic.
Raw and Industrial:
Some interior designs embrace the raw, industrial appearance of
concrete without much modification. These surfaces may have
imperfections, visible seams, and a slightly weathered look, giving
spaces a rugged, urban feel.
P.S - The wall still needs to be smooth to the touch while retaining
the raw asthetics of the concrete.

Colour and Finish: The doors are finished in a deep, velvety matte black that absorbs light and exudes an air of
sophistication. This dramatic colour choice serves as a powerful contrast against the concrete washed walls and
industrial elements of the gym, adding a sense of depth and intensity to the space.

Material and Construction:

These doors are constructed to be heavy-duty and robust, built for both aesthetics and functionality. They are made
from industrial-grade materials such as steel or wrought iron, ensuring their longevity and durability in a high-traffic
environment like a gym.

Minimalistic Design:
The doors embrace a minimalist design philosophy, with clean lines and a lack of ornate detailing. Their boldness
lies in their simplicity, allowing their stark black colour to take center stage.

Hardware:
The hardware on the doors is carefully chosen to complement the heavy and bold aesthetic. Large, sturdy handles
and hinges are finished in matte black as well, creating a cohesive and monochromatic look.

Texture and Touch:

When you reach out to open these doors, your fingers meet a cool, smooth surface that contrasts with the tactile
roughness of the concrete walls. The weight of the doors conveys a sense of substance and permanence, reinforcing

Acoustic Insulation:
Despite their bold and heavy appearance, these doors may have advanced acoustic insulation to minimize noise

The mezzanine offers a serene retreat, where spectators can observe and relax amidst an
industrial modern geometric setting, and the sled track turf area below adds both functionality
and a vibrant visual centerpiece to the gym.
