Project Description To reduce monthly rejection of lumps (0.40to 0.35%)& sweep (0.25 to 0.20%)

Lumps are generated from Molding Machines & Extruders due to nozzle blockage,color change ,mold change,material change
Problem Statement and machine stoppages. Recycle Material also is a cause of nozzle blockage leading to generation of Lumps. Sweep is generated
from Crushers .

Lumps & sweep are rejected materials .Less Lumps & sweep rejection will save money, Productivity will be increased by reducing
