REMINDER TO EXAMINATION CANDIDATES

GENERAL EXAMINATION REGULATION
1. Students MUST ensure that NAME, NRIC/PASSPORT NO., STUDENT ID NO., and SUBJECT(s) REGISTERED are correct.
2. Faculty/Centre reserves the right to forbid students from entering the examination ONE (1) hour before the examination begin due to
academic performance reasons.
3. Candidates ARE NOT ALLOWED to leave after the examination has commenced. Permission must be given before a student is allowed
to leave.
4. Should candidates wish to go to the washroom, they should do so before the examination commences.
5. During the examination, if any kind of unusual behaviour or situation is observed, the University of Cyberjaya (UoC) has the right to in
accordance with the terms and provisions stated in the respective Academic Regulations and apply the needed measures.
6. A candidates caught cheating OR is suspecting of cheating OR is involved in any dishonest practice will be brought up to the
Academic Disciplinary Committee for action.
7. Candidates must comply with all the Academic Rules and Regulation set by Examination Department as stated in the Examination
Entrance Slip
A) FACE TO FACE EXAMIMATION (ON CAMPUS)
1. Candidates’ who DO NOT bring their EXAMINATION ENTRANCE SLIP and MATRICULATION CARD is NOT ALLOWED to sit for the
examination.
2. Candidates who FORGE OR USE A FRIEND EXAMINATION ENTRANCE SLIP (EES) to sit for examination, will be subject to DISCIPLINARY
ACTION (Academic Dishonesty).
3. Candidates must observe the University Dress Code at all times. The examination invigilators have the authority to stop candidates
from entering the examination hall/room, if the University Dress Code is not followed by the candidates.
4. Only transparent pencil case is allowed. NO SHARING of stationery.
5. NO UNAUTHORIZED MATERIALS.
6. NO BAGS AND HANDBAGS in the examination venue.
7. Candidates who are late exceeding 30 minutes after the examination starts WILL NOT BE ALLOWED into the examination venue.
8. Candidates cannot leave during the first 30 minutes and last 15 minutes of the examination.
