Student Reflection
Goal: To create a product that raises awareness about metal extraction and recycling.
Role: Choose your role: a scientist, an environmentalist, a social welfare specialist, or an economist or somebody working for an organisation of your creation (ex: a car
manufacturer).
Audience: The general public
Situation: In today’s society, we have a greater need for metals. Unfortunately, some metals are becoming scarce and disposing of them can harm the environment.
That being the case, recycling metals seems more and more like a logical alternative.
Product: You will choose the best product to show your ideas. Your product can be a poster, presentation, video, podcast, essay or another idea (with teacher
approval).
