HAVING IMPROPER FONT SIZE, SPACING, AND
MARGINS

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:-

1. That the petitioner has filed the present application for

Exemption from filing the certified copies of the orders and

DIM Annexures in the present petition and the

applications.
2. That the petitioner undertakes to file the certified copies of

the above mentioned orders as and when so directed by

this Hon’ble Court. Hence the Petitioner is filing this

Application.

that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to:

a. Grant the Applicant herein exemption from filing

certified copies, true typed copies of annexures which
are dim, illegible having improper font size, spacing and
margins.

b. Pass any other and/or further orders as this Hon’ble

Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of
the present case.
