THE IPHONE
Who invented the telephone is probably one of the most asked questions regarding the
inventions that marked a before and after in the history of humanity.
Its creator was Alexander Graham Bell. The possibility of communicating at a distance
changed the personal, social, commercial and all-round relationships of human beings.

On March 10, 1876, 29-year-old Alexander Graham Bell made the first telephone call in
history between two rooms in his laboratory in Boston.

THE COMPUTER
Charles Babbage laid the foundation for computing in the early
19th century. However, the first computer that really worked was
Konrad Zuse's in 1941 in the living room of his parents' house in
Berlin. It could store 64 words.
Konrad Zuse built not only what is called hardware today. To
make the computer work, he needed a program, a computer
language that he called "Rechenkalkül". Orders and numbers
were entered into the machine through perforated strips.

FOCUS
The electric light bulb managed to considerably lengthen the
hours of activity.
Although traditionally the answer to who invented the light
bulb is Thomas Edison, the truth is that the invention was
patented in 1879 and 1880 by Thomas Edison (USA) and
Joseph Swan (United Kingdom).
Its widespread use marked a before and after in the history of
humanity

THE ANTIBIOTICS
Antibiotics have made it possible to considerably
extend human life expectancy. They were
discovered in 1877 by Louis Pasteur and Robert
Koch. Years later, in 1928, Alexander Fleming
discovered penicillin, a chemical compound with
antibiotic properties that has saved thousands of
lives and managed to eliminate the lethality of
many diseases.
