Entry Requirements and Procedures

• You need to submit the following:

1. Registration Application Form. For enlarged copy of the Registration form please contact British Council Customer
Services in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Registration fees (can be paid by cash or by Draft /Cheque payable to the British Council).
3. A photocopy of your valid passport.
4. Two recent coloured passport size photographs.
5. For Science Practical – Registration must be done through one of the British Council Attached Centers. Candidates
cannot register for practical subjects privately.

• You can only register at one center. The British Council is not responsible for any clash in timetable that may occur as a
result of registering at more than one center.

Special Arrangements and Special Needs


Special arrangements are made to allow candidates with substantial and long-term disabilities gain access to the
examination and to demonstrate their attainment in the best possible examinations conditions. Special arrangements for
extra time allowance, the provision of specially adapted papers, assistance with reading or writing etc. must be mentioned
clearly in the registration form or ask British Council Customer Services desk for more details.

Statement of Entry
The final Statement of Entry, Pearson Edexcel Notice to Candidates, Examinations Venue letter shall be collected from the
British Council Customer Services in the second week of Dec 2015.

Examination Result and Collection of Certificates


Please collect the following from the British Council Customer Services:
· Your online Provisional Results will be available on 3rd of March, 2016.
· Hard Copy of Statements of Results for January 2016 session will be available by end of March, 2016.
· Certificates can be collected by end of May, 2016.

and the practical details at least three weeks before the start of written exams

Written and Practical Exam takes place as per the Exam Timetable
Candidates must bring valid ID and Statement of Entry to the Exams Venue

After exam, Exams Services return all exam papers to Pearson Edexcel for marking
including amendments to candidate's names or
Notification of special circumstances

Candidates submit their requests for recheck/remark enquiries and cash in requests
