Role-play

Print for students the problem situations on the paper and

cut them off.
Put these situations in the pocket and ask students to
select one of it.
Divide students into pairs and ask students to role play
this situation with their partner.
The situation should contain two characters: lawyer or
attorney, and another is victim.
Victim comes to lawyer or attorney to request a help and
provide the possible legal
Situations:

1. You worked at gas station and have a good income. One day you come to work and find
that all money disappeared, however there is no evidence of burglary.
2. You like to drive a car especially at night with your friends. You have never violated the
laws and have clear legal history in your biography. One day the postman brings a
statement of fines of your night driving.
3. You have perfect contacts with your neighbors, but they often play loud music in the
evening. You tried to speak with them and asked them kindly to stop it. Anyway, they
continue and you cannot sleep normally.
4. You with your friend have the same assignment at your university. You exchanged your
works to compare results and discuss them. Suddenly in the end of the course, it is seen that
your friend submitted your work and got high grade, but you are accused of plagiarism.
