This form has been drawn up to serve as a guide in the assessment of the property to be built and it must be noted by the owner and the builder
that the Bank accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the carrying out of work to be done in accordance with this Schedule of Finishes.
I/We am/are willing to contract to perform and complete the entire work required to be done in the erection and completion of:
a) The proposed buildings (including out-buildings and fencing).
b) Additions and renovations of existing buildings.
c) Swimming pool/Tennis court.

Where materials or workmanship differ from, or are not covered by the Bank's minimum requirements (Absa 249), the Bank reserves the right to
set a standard.
I/We agree to obtain the Bank's approval of the trenches before casting the concrete foundations or commencing with any other work.
