> Skim coating on exposed concrete surfaces (Common Areas and Residential Units) - by others.
> Trowelling (verify if required)
> Power floating finish applying floor treatment (Ashford Formula)
> Fine broom finish (floor to receive painting)
> Scratched finish (bare slab/floor to receive waterproofing/topping)
1. Ready to receive paint, skim coating under Interior painting works Package
2. Ready to receive floor treatment (Ashford) - Floor Treatment separate contract

5 Finish Carpentry > Carpentry works on the Common Areas (i.e Fire Hose Cabinet Cladding, etc.)
6 Damproofing > Capillary/cementitious type
