• promoting universal immunization • referral and escort services for Reproductive & Child Health • Depot holder for ORT, IFA, chloroquine, disposable delivery kits, oral pills and condoms etc. • Inform about the births and deaths ,unusual health problems/disease outbreak • Promote Construction of household toilets. • Norm : 1 ASHA for 1000 population • Relaxed in hilly/tribal/desert areas to: 1 ASHA per habitation
