 Interested Learning Resource Evaluators shall meet the following
minimum qualification standards:

- Bachelor’s Degree Holder (preferably in Education)

- With at least five (5) years of teaching experience in the learning areas s/he is
applying as LRE
- Has at least 24 hours of relevant training in the development of learning
resources
- Has very good oral and written communication skills
- Not an author, editor, or consultant of any commercially developed learning
resources submitted to DepEd for procurement for the last three (3) years from
the date of his/her application
- Is physically fit, willing, and able to travel and participate in an actual content
evaluation activity lasting from eight to ten days and which may not be held in
his/her province/city
Application Process for DepEd Applicants:
• Announcement of the Application, Screening, and Selection of Potential
LREs.
• Submission of requirements of applicants at the Schools Division level.
• Applicants undergo screening of documents at the Schools Division level.
• Endorsement of qualified applicants to the Regional Screening and
Selection Committee.
• Applicants undergo screening of documents and interviews at the
Regional Level.
• Endorsement of selected qualified applicants to the national training.
• Applicants screened and trained based on the criteria for inclusion in the
DepEd Pool of Evaluators

Note: Based on the needs, LREs from the pool may be tapped to serve as
evaluators at the National Level..
