 Logging Incident or Service Request for the cases received on phone and emails.
 Route/Assign tickets to the appropriate support group, if necessary
 Update and take follow-up of pending tickets with a responsive internal or external
(customer) technical team.
 Ensure that the tickets and emails are addressed in a cordial, professional manner.
 Providing support to remote location users via Call or MS Team.
 Publish notification for P1 Incidents.
