Route/Assign tickets to the appropriate support group, if necessary
Update and take follow-up of pending tickets with a responsive internal or external
(customer) technical team.
Ensure that the tickets and emails are addressed in a cordial, professional manner.
Providing support to remote location users via Call or MS Team.
Publish notification for P1 Incidents.

2. Networking (CCNA, CSCU, IP addressing and Sub-net).
