Note:

1. The exhibits must have been fully executed by the Designer.

2. Minimum of Three and a Maximum number of entries should be Five.
3. Selected artwork will be displayed in Explorica: Amity Design Exhibition.
4. The jury members will be in place for selecting the designs and deciding the award.
5. The decision of the Jury will be final in the matter of selection and Award judging.
6. The judging committee will not assign any reason for their decisions.
7. The Last date for entries submission- is 31st October 2022 (Monday).
8. Submit artwork with a High-resolution photograph (in JPG file only), duly filled Registration form,
Along with Self-Photograph and Design works.
9. Example of file names of each artwork as a reference- Name of designer -work 1, 2,3,4,5
10. After the deadline entry will not be considered.

 DECLARATION BY THE ARTIST

1. The entries for participation in the Explorica: Amity Design Exhibition 2022 are submitted after having accepted all the conditions
for entry.
2. The photographs of the work submitted as entries for the Explorica: Amity Design Exhibition 2022 are of original Bonafede work
which has been fully created by me.
3. In case my entry is selected by the jury, it will be an obligation for me to deposit the original exhibits corresponding to the
selected photographs at the specified date and place.
4. The decision of the jury shall be accepted and honored by me.
5. I agree that I shall have no claim whatsoever against the department regarding exhibits sent by me for the exhibition. The
custodian of the department will be free to dispose of the exhibits if I fail to collect them within 30 days of the closer event. It
shall be my responsibility to ascertain the arrival of the exhibit at the venue and to collect them from there.
