ABOUT

Mojang Studios created the sandbox game Minecraft in 2011. Markus "Notch" Persson
used the Java programming language to construct the game. Minecraft is a 3-D game where
players can build anything that they want, which has been compared to a "online Lego," players
construct buildings out of building blocks in a variety of settings.

In the game Minecraft, users construct blocks and embark on quests. This covers
everything within the game's universe, from creating basic things like containers or weapons to
erecting buildings like homes, castles, and towns to creating sophisticated mechanical
machines.

Minecraft won two out of five Editor's Choice awards for Most Innovative and Best
Singleplayer Indie, as well as the 2010 Indie of the Year award given by voters of Indie DB. PC
Gamer UK also awarded it Game of the Year.

SINGLEPLAYER

Basically, this is where a single player selects which game mode, difficulties, and
settings, in playing the game.

CREATIVE

In creative mode, players can rapidly add or remove almost all resources and things in
the game through the inventory menu. Players have complete control over whether or not they
can fly throughout the virtual world at will; in this mode, avatars are immune to hunger and
harm. Players may concentrate on developing and creating projects of any size without
distractions thanks to the game mode.

SURVIVAL

In the survival mode, players must collect natural resources from their surroundings,
such wood and stone, in order to create specific blocks and goods. Depending on the difficulty,
enemies may spawn farther from the character in darker locations, necessitating the
construction of a shelter at night. The game's health meter is also decreased by mob attacks,
falls, drowning, lava falls, suffocation, malnutrition, and other occurrences.

HARDCORE

Basically, this is just like Survival but adds extra difficulty as mobs deals more damage
and has more health than usual, difficulty is locked to hard, and you only get to live once!

INFINITE

Infinite, is the regular world type of Minecraft, it contains all the biomes in game,
although some are still very rarely seen, it is almost infinite, reaching millions of blocks far from
spawn, and the most common world singleplayers plays on.

SKYBLOCK

Skyblock limits players in playing only on a bit of land surrounded by nothingness or the
void. Players are given very limited tools and a single tree, this lets the player show their
intellect in game and expands their knowledge on how they can progress with very little number
of tools and blocks.

FLATWORLD

Flatworld is like the combination of both infinite and skyblock, although not surrounded
with void, it is only 4 layers deep, where the land is extremely flat, there are no other biomes just
grass, and other structures in game.
MULTIPLAYER

Multiple players can interact and communicate with one another on a single world thanks
to multiplayer in Minecraft.

LAN SERVERS

This is where certain group of players or commonly group of friends, connected to the
same network are able to play together through open LAN servers.

ONLINE SERVERS

This is where players join the small to the biggest servers online, one of those is Hypixel,
the biggest and most well-liked server. Players can fight each other by enabling player versus
player (PvP) combat. A lot of servers include unique plugins that enable functions that are not
typically available.

MINIGAMES

Minigames have always been well-liked. For people who enjoy competition or for a
group of friends looking to have fun while gaming, these minigames can be excellent. Build
Battle, Spleef, Bedwars, X-Run, Parkour, Murder Mystery, Skywars, and many others are a few
of them.

OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS

Minecraft grew its popularity through social media, could either be pure ads or just some
random guys sharing their experience and skills in Minecraft. Like Twitter, Subreddit, and even
Facebook, shares a ton of fanbase and a common interest on Minecraft.

YOUTUBE

This is the most popular website that helped Minecraft grew its audience and made
some players get a living through playing/analyzing a video game.

CONTENT CREATORS

There are a lot of content creators in Minecraft, yet as many as they are, they still have
unique specialties and contents to show to their audience. Technoblade, being my no.1 favorite
youtuber, one of the best PvP player, entertains people in a way they are amazed and in laughs
and smiles just because of his great humor and personality.

ANIMATIONS

While some choose to make a living out of playing Minecraft, some chooses to use their
creativity in other aspects, specifically in drawing or animating. Alan Becker, Sad-ist, and Alien
Being are just some of the most famous in the aspect of creating animations about Minecraft
and even about the content creators in Minecraft.

LORE
Lore makers in Minecraft are like the detective of Minecraft, as they are the ones who
seeks out the finest details and information about the game, and makes a story or “lore” out of it.
The Game Theorist and Alexander the Greater, being one of the most watched lore makers
about Minecraft, dedicated themselves in creating a story that entertains and amazes their
audiences.

ADDONS

Basically, these adds more depths to the game, it spices the experience of the players
through their own customizations, and enhances the total experience of the game.

MODS AND DATAPACKS

Mods and Datapacks mainly focus on adding more variables in the games, like mobs,
blocks, difficulties, weapons, armors, tools, bosses, maps, biomes, structures, dimensions, and
many more.

SHADERS AND TEXTURES

While the Shaders and Texture packs, enhances the overall look of the game, making
the game look much better or even worse, depending on the player’s taste.
