Greetings!
I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. As we gear up for the upcoming mission to Bungoma, I
want to bring your attention to crucial health information gathered from our participants. Ensuring their well-
being during the mission is paramount, and the following details highlight specific health considerations.
Dietary Preferences and Restrictions:
Four individuals prefer to abstain from acidic foods, and one person, in particular, avoids kale, beans, and
tomatoes.
Two participant refrains from consuming kale and beans, in addition to avoiding acidic foods.
One individual excludes potatoes from their diet.
Another person steers clear of eggs and excess yeasty foods

Health Concerns:
Three participants have allergies to cold and dust and smoke.
Another participant is currently battling pneumonia.
An attendee is allergic to light but manages the condition with spectacles.
One participant experiences cold phobia and grapples with health conditions including ulcers and sugar level
issues.
A participant is presently dealing with ulcers.

Chronic Illness
Three participants are facing chronic health challenges:
Two individuals manage asthma with medications including intravenous injections, prednisone, Ventolin, and
inhalers.
Another participant is contending with ulcers and chest problems, utilizing Omeprazole and Augmentin as part
of their treatment.
I've personally spoken with those dealing with chronic illnesses, and it was brought to my attention that hot water
for bathing is a necessity for their well-being. I've advised them to be diligent in carrying the necessary items for
their care.
Recommendations
Considering the unique health needs of our participants, I recommend including essential medications for allergies
and ulcers, such as Brufen and Amoxine. Additionally, having medications on hand for common illnesses, including
malaria and sudden environmental changes, would further enhance our ability to address health concerns
promptly.
Your attention to these health considerations is greatly appreciated, and I am confident that our collective efforts
will contribute to a successful and health-focused mission to Bungoma.
Thank you for your time and commitment to the well-being of our participants.

Sincerely,
