Primarily we can
see the short run effect of tax revenue through their impact on demand, tax
cuts boost the demand by increasing disposable income and by encouraging
businesses to hire and invest more while tax increases do the reverse in the
demand effects which can be substantial when the economy is weak but
smaller when it is operating near capacity. While the long term influence of
the tax revenue can be seen prrimarily through the supply side, the high
marginal tax rates can discourage work, saving, investment, and innovation,
while specific tax preferences can affect the allocation of economic resources.
But tax cuts can also slow long-run economic growth by increasing deficits.
The long-run effects of tax policies thus depend not only on their incentive
effects but also their deficit effects.
They can provide a wide variety of products for the local reisndents available
in one space or in their area.
Shopping malls have products from competing producers available under
one roof, which makes it easier for the local residents to compare and make
purchases.
They also have a variety of food courts with a wide variety of cuisine to cater

The government provide private schools subsidies because they are a filipino
citizen. A child who is born locally and their parents who are considered as tax
payers should also receive subsidies from our government. Going to a private
school doesn’t mean that the family where the child belong is rich, in a matter
of fact there are many reasons that can be considered why did the child
choose to go private instead. But no matter what is the reason behind, we still
cant change the fact that this child is born locally and his or her parent are tax
payers which means that he or she can receive subsidies provided by our
government.
In conclusion giving subsidies to public students follows the child’s basic right
that all children deserve an education and that public funding is to be used to
achieve that, it follows that all children should be funded, regardless of what
school they attend. If people try to argue that every child should be part of the
same system, this is a false argument knowing that children are different in
their learning styles. Given this, choice should be allowed within the
educational system, which private schools help with.
