COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING
MOBILE PHOTOGRAPHY
Mechanics, Rules and Criteria for judging:
All entries must be an original material taken by the photographer and should not
include watermarks, signatures, frames, date and stamp time, or any other markings
on the photo.
Digital manipulation is not allowed. Enhancements must be limited to basic post-
processing such adjustments of contrast, minimal color balancing, sharpening,
cropping, dodging, and burning.
In sending your entry, you give the committees (CESO & JPSME) the right to use
your photo in any advocacy, publication, and publicity purposes.
Committees reserve the right to not to accept or disqualify entries that do not follow
the guidelines.
The deadline for submission of contestants is until 10:30 am on September 7, 2023.
Three most outstanding photos will receive prizes and recognitions.
COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING
The overall score will be combined scores from the photograph and the presentation paper.
COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING
The criteria for judging will be based on their introduction/outfit, their wit in answering the
question and their overall impact.
Introduction & Outfit: judges will look into how candidates present themselves, their outfit
will be judge and how they introduce themselves. The candidates will be judge under these
areas;
Creativity 30%
Stage presence 25%
Self introduction 25%
Audience impact 20%
TOTAL= 100%
Question & Answer: This portion of the pageant will test how our candidates speak their
mind, this area will show the candidates quick thinking and superb delivery of answers.
Judges will score them under these areas;
Wit and Content 40%
Stage presence 25%
Projection and delivery 20%
Overall impact 15%
TOTAL= 100%
Overall: the combined scores of both segments will decide who will be our pageant winners.
Introduction & outfit 50%
Question & answer 50%
TOTAL= 100%
CLASS PRESENTATION
COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING
This involves bonafide engineering students currently enrolled in Northern Iloilo State
University (NISU) College of Engineering.
The participating group must consist of all the students in their class.
The participating group should present a unique performance by their choice
(singing, dancing, dance-drama, acting, etc.)
The performance should be decent and must be appropriate for the occasion.
The performance should only last for a minimum of 3 minutes and a maximum of 5
minutes. Excess on the required duration of performance will result to a deduction.
Using of props is allowed as long as it will not cause any delay in the performance,
and harm to the participating groups.
The participating group are allowed to use any costume as long as it will adhere to
their chosen color.
