Job Responsibilities
i. Directing all operations under the Investigations Department including intelligence
gathering
ii. Establishing and managing strategic and operational goals within the Department
iii. Identify and addressing emerging corruption and economic crime trends
iv. Promoting the use of diversified techniques to bring about a change of
organizational culture with the aim to increase the efficiency of investigations in
complex corruption and economic crimes and enhancing inter-agency
cooperation;
v. Drafting standard operating procedures, guidelines, and manuals
vi. Identifying the levels of skills and the needs of investigators for additional
national and international capacity building in specialized areas in the short,
medium and long-term
vii. Providing technical advise on investigation of corruption offenses based on best
practice in line with country legal framework
viii. Developing forms for safe internal communication, filing and archiving
ix. Liaising with other Law Enforcement Agencies on all matters concerning
corruption
x. Preparing and managing the annual budget for the Department.

REPORTING TO : EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
STATION : PROVINCE
Job Responsibilities
i. Coordinating the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all ZACC
policies, strategies, plans, programmes and projects in the province.
ii. Identifying and addressing emerging corruption and economic crime trends in the
province
iii. Supporting investigations in complex corruption and economic crimes and enhancing
inter-agency cooperation;
iv. Profiling and investigating unexplained wealth and proceeds of crime;
v. Raising anti-corruption awareness among the public and institutions in the province
vi. Promoting internal anti-corruption and anti-fraud policies and strategies in public and
private institutions
vii. Developing forms for safe internal and external communication strategies, filing and
archiving
viii. Identifying the levels of skills and the needs of staff for additional capacity building
in specialized areas

ix. Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for provincial activities and
operations
x. Preparing and managing the annual provincial budget.

Job Responsibilities
i. To assess existing policies, procedures, operating systems, rules, guidelines,
directives, laws and regulations in public and private organizations
ii. To recommend appropriate remedial action regularly to minimize corruption.
iii. To assess/examine/analyse the effectiveness of practices, systems and
procurement procedures of public and private sector institutions with a view to
the elimination of corruption.
iv. To identify and evaluate corporate governance issues in public and private sector
organizations with a view to enhance accountability, transparency and integrity.
v. To monitor public and private sector organizations for compliance with the
relevant legislations, regulations, policies and corporate governance code.

vi. To advise and recommend on best practices in the administration and
management of all public and private sector activities
vii. To compile monthly field and research reports.
viii. To develop work plans and supervise the work of junior officers in the section.
ix. To undertake any other related or similar duties as may be assigned by the
General Manager from time to time.

iii. Sourcing quotations according to relevant procurement method
iv. Providing technical procurement support in tendering processes
v. Preparing, obtaining approval and issuing of purchase orders or formal contract as
appropriate
vi. Following up on suppliers, expediting, and collecting goods from service providers
where they do not offer delivery services
vii. Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual returns for submission to the regulator
(PRAZ)
viii. Monitor compliance and contract management for all contracts awarded

9. TRANSPORT OFFICER x2
GRADE : G3A
REPORTING TO : MANAGER ADMINISTRATION
STATION : HEAD OFFICE
Job Responsibilities
▪ Implementing ZACC transport policies and strategies
▪ Initiating requests for additional vehicles required for performance of the
Commission’s mandate
▪ Monitoring fuel consumption of all ZACC vehicles on a monthly basis
▪ To oversee the completion of log sheets and their timely submission by vehicle
users
▪ Processing log sheets and produce motor vehicle returns
▪ Facilitating the maintenance, service and repair of ZACC vehicles
▪ Administering vehicle insurance and exemptions
▪ Organising relief vehicles when the need arises
▪ Initiating investigations into vehicle accidents, damage, misuse and abuse for all
grades
▪ Monitoring the proper care and cleanliness of Commission vehicles
▪ Liaising with CMED and other car dealers on accidents involving vehicles issued to
the Commission
▪ Generating monthly and annual vehicle status reports

i. Implementing M&E strategies, frameworks and tools that ensure accurate and timely
information and feedback to stakeholders

ii. Participating in the development of a comprehensive M&E framework aligned with
the ZACC's strategic objectives and anti-corruption initiatives.
iii. Tracking indicators, targets, and data collection methods to monitor and evaluate the
ZACC's performance and impact in combating corruption.
iv. Carry out periodic evaluations to measure the progress and impact of ZACC policies,
strategies, projects, programs and initiatives.
v. Preparing reports on the Commission's performance indicators, results achieved, and
progress towards goals and targets.
vi. Implementing data collection tools and systems to capture relevant information
related to the agency's activities, outputs, outcomes, and impacts.
vii. Maintaining a centralized database of monitoring and evaluation data, reports, and
other relevant documents.
