EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement"), dated as of 04/26/2022 is between:

WITNESSETH THAT:
WHEREAS, the Parties hereto are willing to enter into this Agreement to define and set forth the terms and conditions of the
employment of the Employee by the Employer;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth below, it is hereby covenanted and agreed
by the Employer and the Employee as follows:
1. The Employer hereby employs the Employee for Internet Marketer position, and the Employee herebyagrees to serve in
such capacity from date of signing this Agreement and ending on the date on which the Employee's employment is terminated in
accordance with paragraphs 9-10 below.
2. The Employee agrees that during the term of this Agreement he/she shall devote as much time andeffort as may be
reasonably required by the Company to perform his/her duties to advance the interests of the Employer and shall comply with all
the rules and regulations promulgated by the Employer which are not contrary to law or public morals. Occasionally the Employee
may be required to perform such other duties as the Employer may decide, with additional remuneration, should this be necessary
to meet the needs of the business.
3. Subject to the following provisions of this Agreement the Employee shall be compensated (the "wageplus-bonus
remuneration system") for their services as follows:
A. The Employee shall receive an annual salary, payable in monthly, in an amount which shall initially be$38400.00 per
annum, subject to such increases as may from time to time be determined by the Employer.
B. The Employee shall receive a monthly salary in the amount of $3200.00, payable every 30 calendardays from the date of
signing this Agreement, by next payment methods at the discretion of the Employer and taking into account the wishes of the
Employee: cash, cheque, bank transfer, money transfer, bitcoins.
C. The Employee is obliged independently to arrange the available method of receiving wage, ifnecessary, and the Employer
is obliged to notify the Employee in advance about the payment method of wage.
D. The Employee shall receive a mandatory bonus for each assignment processed by the Employee if thisassignment can be
monetized (the "financial assignment"). The sum of bonus calculated as follows: 10% from the amount of financial assignment, and
payable immediately once the assignment is completed by the Employee.
E. The Employer shall be entitled to terminate the Employee's employment without pay if the Employeerefuses to obey a
lawful order including (but not restricted to) those given to comply with the Employer's statutory obligations.
4. The Employee's normal working days are from Monday to Saturday. The Employee may be required towork such hours as may
be necessary to fulfill his/her duties or the needs of the business.
5. There are no requirements for the Employee's place of work due to the specification of remote work.
6. The Employee independently bears the responsibility for compliance with fiscal rules and the Employer shall not be
responsible for withholding taxes with respect to the Employee's compensation hereunder.
7. The Employer undertakes to provide the Employee all required documents on committing operationswithin the Agreement,
for the tax accountability of the Employee.
8. The Employee shall be entitled to vacations of twenty (20) days (inclusive of state and officialholidays). The holiday pay should
be calculated at the basic rate.
9. The term of this Agreement will begin on the date of signing of this Agreement and shall be for aperiod of two (2) years,
subject to earlier termination is provided in this Agreement. The term may be extended with the written consent of the
Parties.
10. The Employee may terminate this Agreement by giving the Employer 30 (thirty) days written noticeof termination but nothing
in these terms and conditions of employment precludes the employer to terminate the employment without notice or
payment instead, in appropriate circumstances.
11. The Employee will indemnify the Employer in respect of any liability incurred by the Employer as a
direct consequence of the Employee's negligence, breach of Agreement, breach of duty or breach of trust in relation to the affairs
of the Employer. For purposes of this Agreement, "Liability" means the Employee's gross misconduct resulting in material damage
to the Company or willful and material breach of this Agreement.
12. At the same time, the Employee acknowledges that the Employer has the right to demand from themany cost of repairing any
damage, any fines or charges imposed upon or any other loss sustained by the Employer or any third party, caused by the
Employee's breach of Agreement or breach of the Employer's rules or as a result of the Employee's negligence or dishonesty.
13. All and any information given by the Employer to the Employee is to be deemed confidential underthe Data Protection Act
1988. The Employee must not in any way disclose any information concerning the Employer or his business, clients or any
other information that may become known to them in the course of their work. The Employee undertakes not to disclose
information about the operations, accounts and essential elements of the Employer to third parties, except in cases where the
disclosure of such information is directly authorized by the Employer or follows from the need to fulfill this Agreement.
14. Personal information of the Employee, object of this Agreement, will be considered confidential and will not be provided to
any third party without the Employee's consent.
15. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA withoutregard to conflict of law
principles.
The entire Agreement is composed of 15 articles herein.
