    BOARD OF SURVEY- 2023

    1.0 INTRODUCTION
    The board of survey was conducted on 4th December 2023.

    2.0 REPORT ON ITEMS


     The home economics items are properly accounted for and well kept.
     Only 2 items were missing.

    3.0 RECOMMENDATIONS
     A new griddle is needed.
     Proper handling of equipment is needed and the usage of home economics items needs to
    be properly dispatched.
     Ceiling needs to be changed.
     A window net is needed to safeguard the food.

    4.0 CONCLUSION
    The board of survey was carried out effectively and efficiently with the assistance of the
    members and stock officers. The inventories were clearly set out in order as recorded.
