Letter of Recommendation

I am pleased to strongly recommend Mohammad Shahed for the Aspire Leaders Program. I
have known him as one of the students in Marketing as a major at Jashore University of
Science and Technology for the past three years. As one of his project supervisors and course
teacher, I have had interactions with Shahed on an academic and personal level. What struck
me was his diligence and commitment to work, and his desire for excellence in courses and
projects he undertook.
Mohammad Shahed His eagerness to learn new things and broaden his horizons sets him
apart from his peers. During the third year of his undergraduate studies, he attended my
lectures on Integrated Marketing Communication (MKT-3109), where he demonstrated
exceptional keenness in the course through his thought-provoking questions and well-
researched assignments. Despite the size of my classes, I always make it a point to pay
personal attention to those who actively participate in and are keen about my courses. With
absolute certainty, I can say that Shahed is an exceptional student who will contribute greatly
to any program he enrolls in, especially when compared to the majority of his peers.
Shahed exhibits critical-thinking and problem-solving traits. For example, under my
supervision, Shahed worked on an advertising project, in which he led a group and provided
unique solution to an existing problem and became the winner of that project. His oral
articulateness during the project defense and overall intelligence is also reflected in his grades
for that course, which were among the highest in the class. Besides, as per my knowledge, he
is also involved in several extra-curriculum activities. For instance, he is an active member of
JUST Blood Bank. Besides, he has worked as a campus ambassador in the International
Youth Summit. At a personal level, Shahed is a well-disciplined, industrious student with a
pleasant personality. In terms of general characteristics, I would place him in the top 5% of
students I have taught in the last five years.
I think that Mohammad Shahed has the right qualification to enroll in the Aspire Leaders
Program and required knowledge & aptitude to complete the program successfully. With trust
