TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Customer will pay 30% bill after the quote is accepted.
2. This quote is valid for 10 days.
3. Remaining dues will be cleared after the provision of services.
4. Secretarial works includes completion of document requirements needed for Program
registration/accreditation
5. Liasoning works includes coordination and communication with TESDA (UTPRAS) in terms of
compliance of required documents and other needed. It is also include the expenses for
transporatation.

6. Google sheet will be created where all the completed document required for accreditation will be
uploaded
7. There will be a checklist so that it is easier to know what are completed documents and other
things that are needed.
8. As a service provider, I/we are required to have a daily report on the progress of the project.
