    Dear Sir,

    I would like to inform you that my obligation on your good company as production
    operator in pvc conduit department will expires last until May 17, 2017 as per my joining
    date and contract and for that I had finally decided to render my final exit effective on
    May 18, 2017 due to the following reasons.

    My kids now are growing up and no one will look after them because my parents
    are now old and not healthy enough to assist them in proper guidance,and I will likewise
    manage our family business in the Philippines.
