 Create Training Need Analysis for training annually


 Designing & Developing Training Program
 Creating In House Training schedule & curriculum
 Creating a budget plan for the training program
 Make a report on the results of the training program evaluation and
submit it to the leadership as input for improvement.
 Monitoring the ongoing training program.
 Responsible for end-to-end employee recruitment process.
 Conduct sourcing process, psychological test selection, and
candidate interview process.
 Conduct the candidate offering process and ensure the candidate
recruitment process is completed.
 Analyse recruitment data to improve recruitment process flow.

Qualification

 S1 / S2 Psychology (PIO)
 Mastering recruitment & training processes and procedures
 Have good communication skills
 Have negotiation skills
 Have the ability to speak English actively and passively in
recruitment
