PART A

For question 1, write about 200 words on the following topic in the
space provided on pages 2-3.
You are Aunt Alice, an agony aunt for a teen magazine. You have
received a letter from a teenager asking for advice.

Dear Aunt Alice,

I use the Internet a lot and post a lot of photos on a photo-sharing
site. Two weeks ago, I received a strange message from someone I
don't know. I didn't reply to it. Now this person messages me almost
every day. It makes me feel uncomfortable and I want him or her to
stop sending me messages. What should I do? Should I reply? I would
really appreciate your advice.
Frustrated Teen
Write a letter of reply to Frustrated Teen, offering him or her advice.

Dear Frustrated Teen,

I am sorry to hear about your misfortune, which messages you strange

messages every day. If I were you, I would also feel uncomfortable and wish
the person to stop the action. I totally understand that you must live extremely
dispirited by this evildoing.

To begin with, you could not be afraid, which is a mood which would do no
good for your situation. There are an astronomical number of solutions for
you. We are together and remember that you are not alone. Moreover, have
you tried to ask someone for help? As the saying goes, "there is strength in
numbers.” You could try to talk with your family, which is your solid backing
indubitably. You should totally believe them undoubtedly.

In addition, you have done it well, which keeps not replying to the message.
However, you should also take the screenshots of the bullying, which will be
the most important exhibit presented in court as evidence. After the
aforementioned, you could unfriend and block the people who bullied you
before, which can help you not be bullied by them. Last but not least, I believe
that you will be careful who you add to your social network with this
experience.

It is sincerely hoped that my advice will help you. If you would like to mail me,
feel free to do so anytime. I will be glad to write back to you.

Regard,
Chris Wong
