Stress Relief: Vision Board


Instructions: Vision board is a tool that will help you visualize your plans, dreams and
aspirations in the future. It is a small poster, therapeutic collage that includes pictures,
quotes that helps you get motivated in your life. According to Steve Harvey (Harvey,
2018), “You have to have a vision board! I don’t know anybody wealthy who doesn't
have a vision board. Scripture says “write the vision and make it plain. So he who reads
it will run to it, and even though it will tarry, wait for it. For surely it will come at an
appointed time.”

Instructions:
1. Create an online visual “Stress Relief: Vision Board” or you may
make/create a vision board from cartolina, tarpaulin, used
illustration board.
2. Be creative and innovative.
3. Before making a vision board clarify first your priorities.
4. Set specific goals in crafting a self-care plan.
5. Make a vision board containing your self-care plan for 2021
6. Example of a self-care plan vision board .

7. Take a selfie of your vision board posted in your room.


8. Share it on your Facebook or Instagram.
9. Submit a screenshot of your FB or Instagram post to your instructor
10. For those who don’t want to share it on social media you may submit a copy
of your selfie photo to your instructor
