I am writing to express my interest in the internship position currently available at the University of Port
Harcourt Teaching Hospital. I am a 300 level biochemistry student of the University of Port Harcourt
with Mat No: U2019/5535174, I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills in a practical setting, and I
believe that this internship program would provide me with the opportunity to do so.
My academic background has equipped me with a strong foundation in the principles of biochemistry,
including the structure and function of biological molecules, metabolic pathways, and the interactions
between biological systems
I am particularly interested in this internship program because of its focus on providing hands-on
experience in a clinical setting. I believe that working alongside experienced professionals in the field
would allow me to develop a deeper understanding of the practical applications of biochemistry in health
care, and would enable me to contribute to the provision of quality patient care.
I am a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and also a film maker, and I am
committed to working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals. I am confident that my
academic achievements, coupled with my passion for biochemistry and commitment to personal and
professional growth, make me an ideal candidate for this position.
