Subject: Personal statement for scholarship of Master of Science in Biological and Medical
Sciences

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am an eager student full of determination and passion. I believe that the future belongs to
those who believe in the beauty of their dreams. My dream is simply linked to unlocking
many secrets of Biological and Medical Sciences.
I am writing this letter not only to apply for my further studies to Master of Biological and
Medical Sciences but I am writing to show the interest in this field. The fusion of scientific
ingenuity and ethical considerations in biotechnology resonates with my core values, igniting
a fervent interest that propels me to delve deeper into this field, eager to be a part of its
ground-breaking developments.
I believe that education is the passport of the future and in the future those who have a
passport will be able to live, because tomorrow belongs to those who have an education,
without education it is becoming more and more difficult to live in this world. Therefore, from
the beginning, I have been drawn to Qatar rich educational heritage and diverse cultural
landscape, which has been providing an ideal environment for academic development.
I think that the world is a book and those who do not travel can only read one page. But my
abilities are trying to align all these pages with enthusiasm and dedication, besides, those
who leave home to learn something must come back learning something. Choosing a country
for this campaign is very important.
With all this in mind, I have decided to immerse myself in an ecosystem as unparalleled in
research, collaboration, and cutting-edge advancements in my interested field as your
country. I want to contribute my skills in M.Phil with passion in this subject as I believe that
the only way to do great work is to do what you do with love and sincerity.
This university is the only one which is providing a platform where I can combine my skills,
experiences, innovative thinking. My extracurricular involvements as well as my academic
achievements have always supported me. These achievements of mine are not an accident,
but it is a reward for hard work, persistence, sacrifices and love for our countrymen.
My BS is from a strong academic institution known for state-of-the-art laboratories, cutting-
edge techniques, and close examination of complex biological systems and I have actively
participated in two internship projects, as well as many short online courses and conferences
from different institutes (details are mentioned in my attached CV). So my goal is to bring my
passion and expertise to a university like, Hamad Bin Khalifa University Institute so that my
passion and dedication to my work remains as vibrant as it was in the beginning.
This journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step and that step is to select a good
educational institution. My next step is not just to get into university, but to further the
pursuit of knowledge, continuous innovation, and revolutionizing the biotech landscape.
I believe that my academic excellence, genuine passion, and love for my work set me apart
from others. In this sea of candidates, I stand out with my positive attitude and confidence.
Relentless curiosity, never-ending hunger for knowledge, and dedication to Biological
continue to make me stronger. But I am determined to take advantage of this scholarship
opportunity.
