Task: Grocery Store Shopping

Guidelines/Criteria:

Criteria: The students are tasked with imagining themselves going to the grocery store with 100 peso to
buy some fruits. Their goal is to choose the fruits they want to buy and count how many they can get
with their money. The students are expected to ha ve use their understanding the concept of whole
numbers and apply it effectively in counting the quantity of fruits they can purchase.

Guidelines:

1. The students will look at the toy price list provided by the teacher.
2. The students will choose the toys they want to buy.
3. The students are expected to use their counting skills to figure out how many of each toy you
can purchase with 100
4. The students will then have write down the name of each toy and the number that they can buy
beside it.
