Learning Outcomes:

This course will focus on BIM and Construction Management applications for lifecycle planning
and management of building, construction, and infrastructure projects, with effective design
modeling and analysis, efficient cost estimation and management, enhanced coordination and
visualization, asset and facility management. Innovative technologies and standard practices in the
construction industry will be introduced. The participants will learn a holistic approach to virtual
building from design and construction to maintenance, operation, and sustainability using state-
of-the-art BIM software and advanced construction management techniques. This Diploma will
be an industry focused program and students will get a chance for BIM implementation on public
sector projects.
