2) Payment : 20% Advance (On Order Booking), Non refundable

80% Before material delivery (Material will be deliver within 3 to 4 Days after 100% Payment
received or as per the avaibility.
In case of delay in payment Greenedge Energy has reserves right to sell the goods to other
Dealers.
3) Transport Extra at Actual
4) Warranty 5 years (As per the manufacturer terms).
5) Once Inverters Sold , It will not be tacken back and refund the amount or it can not be
replace with other capacity.

7) Any kind of claim of damage must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photographs
and proofs.
8) Any of the price list is valid till the stock available for that particular price stock available
with Greenedge Energy, Once it’s sold out price will be change or might be remain same
subject to manufacturer price changes or dollar price change or gov. duty or gov. tax or any
situation which affect the price.

9) Unexpected events such as force majeure, change of financial conditions, change in dollar
price or change in freight or If any duty or tax impose by government on immediate basis or
any such a condition which affect the price then price will be change without any prior
notification even if advance amount received withy Greenedge Energy
